核糖体的翻译调控过程对基因表达是重要的。而转录本的密码子使用、tRNA种类及tRNA上碱基修饰会显著影响核糖体的翻译过程,甚至会导致核糖体停滞和翻译移码。基于此,探究退行性疾病中的翻译行为,并解析异常的翻译行为对细胞稳态的影响。
